According to Client Management Metodology The SDT and its members (SDM) supported the clients with regular meetings to check Project Progress, Incident ,Event, Request and Change operations.

The Informasive pursues the new technology improvements and checks whether to be applied to appropriate clients by Service Delivery Team.

After Sales Period, Service Delivery Team and its members are owner of the contract between client and its stakeholders. The team is reachable as 24/7 for clients and their requests.
